Museum Ambassadors are the welcoming face of the Keith Coleman Museum. They support daily museum operations and help ensure that every visitor feels welcome and valued.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors 
• Providing general information about museum hours, admission, and policies 
• Assisting visitors with navigating the museum 
• Providing information about exhibits and displays 
• Answering visitor questions or directing questions to museum staff 
• Supporting the Museum Gift Shop 
• Assisting museum staff with general tasks 

Above all, Museum Ambassadors help create a friendly, professional, and educational visitor experience.

These volunteers help the museum support the next generation of leaders by assisting with school visits, youth programs, and educational activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting school groups upon arrival 
• Assisting students and teachers during museum visits 
• Helping students navigate exhibits 
• Supporting educational activities and leadership programs 
• Distributing appropriate educational materials 
• Encouraging students to ask questions and participate 
• Helping create an engaging and positive learning environment 

Special Events Volunteers support museum programs, community events, luncheons, workshops, leadership programs, and other special activities.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the event. Training and instructions will be provided for each special event.

Gift Shop Volunteers assist visitors while helping operate the museum's retail area.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and assisting customers

• Organizing merchandise and displays 
• Assisting with purchases 
• Restocking items 
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming shop
